Tool and Mould Construction

We construct the steel moulds, which are needed to manufacture injection moulded components, in our own tool construction department.

We place very special value on precise processing and high-quality and hardwearing steels. Modern alloys and optimised cooling processes together with the use of hot runner systems guarantee economically-reproducible and flawless production over the years.

As well as the usual conventional machinery and equipment, we also have available:

• 1 CNC milling machine

• 1 modern surface-grinding machine
• 2 CNC erosion machines
• Boring machines
• TIG welding unit
• Precision measuring equipment

On request, we can also complete wagework with these machines!
